Even though the bristles are synthetic they make me think of the softest animal possible and thats a winwin silky without animal products

It is like a matte finish that keeps looking like it is dirty with a whitish like film even after i wash it and dry it off really weird

Overall this is a really nice brush but maybe not the right brush for my purposes unless its just user error on my part
