The tongs heat up virtually instantly and glide like a dream. The digital display is large and easy to read and makes it easy to know when they are ready. They heat up very fast a lot faster that our old one.
The hairs can also get caught in edges sometimes, but not excessively, just mildy irritating. Wax on a toothbrush really helps!

It heats up very fast a lot faster that our old one.
Competitiveness
It is a multi-voltage device, so great for travelling, although a travel pouch would have made this a much better option.
They do an equally good job as my ghd’s, but at half the price.
They are slightly smaller and lighter than my current ghds which are now going in the bin due to the wires coming out of the base.

On the negative side the lack of an included heat mat to protect whatever surface or floor you rest these on during or after use is disappointing it is an essential item in my view to prevent damage and should be included
