I did leave it in 10 mins because it said for stubborn greys leave in a additional 5 mins and everything about me is stubborn so i did the 10 mins vs the 5 mins

That way you dont throw off the whole shampooconditioner use balance by just using conditioner after using this not that it normally works out anyways
