Pros

The smell is very fresh and flowery, and not overpowering even in my tiny bathroom. I am super sensitive to scents/ chemicals so it may not be too bad for a "normal" person. The after-color conditioner is amazing and my hair really does feel more heal... Read More

The color is a beautiful natural black not inky or flat. It covers grays 100%, the color is vibrant and beautiful (light auburn) my hair feels amazing. This is the only hair dye i can use that doesn't cause any of that.

I love how clean this formulation is. This product seems very forgiving and not damaging. It seems to work flawlessly no issues whatsoever.

Cons

The developer bottle tip had been cut off and there was no product in the bottle. It seems that they were leaking before shipped. It's false advertisement.

The coloring liquid is too thick and very difficult to get on my hair evenly. It doesn't darken the grays as deeply as the rest of the hair. Dyed my hair in shade medium brown and didn't do any difference.
