Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to install and remains flat. Plenty long enough and flexible around corners. Easy to connect and then disconnect.
Since then it's worked perfectly. Great workmanship. No issues.
Cons
Disconnecting is not so good, the push down is fragile. Makes wiring the rj45 connector very fiddly. It certainly isn't cat5e spec as it's only good for 100mbps fdx and not 1gbps. Poe is also a concern over this as it feel extremely thin.
