You actually dont need an idc tool to punch the wires theres a plastic cassette that holds the wires and then crushes them against the displacement connectors as you tie off the jack

I have seen angled shielded ports that take up less depth but they are fiddlier to connect

These are good value and include fantastically simple wiring instructions but were not fit for my purposes

I also had to damage the plate to make it fit the existing box by bending off the little clips along the back edge

The existing screw holes do not align very easily either
