I decided to give the richen boresnake a try and am very pleased.
I know this and will after i am done for the day.
Competitiveness
I needed a boresnake for my 25 caliber airguns, i've been cleaning them for a few years with a piece of nylon string and patches attached.
Great quality and price compared to other brands.
I wouldn't recommend using a boresnake like some of the high end target rifles i own.
I always have a huge problems getting the little swaths of cloth to fit down the barrel of a 223 or 22lr rifle or pistols.

Due to this being made for a firearm i did have to modify it by taking the brush out dont clean airgun barrels with the brush it will destroy the softer metal and i had to cut the weighted tip length to about a third of the size for it to fit in the breech to pull it through
