Pros

The amount of stuff you can cram in this bag is incredible because of the soft/flexible exterior. The retractable handle is easy to use and strong. At the security point everything goes smoothly and efficiently.

Kudos to rick steves and his design crew. It also has a very convenient layout of pockets that came in very handy during my trip. The upper pocket is the exact size needed for the zip lock bag required for liquids.

Cons

The color displayed on the web site does not even remotely represent the actual color - graphite grey is indistinguishable from black. If you're walking with it on smooth airport floors, it's fine, but once you exit the airport the tiniest bit of grit... Read More
