Pros & Cons
Pros
The tool is extremely robust and has taken a beating being thrown around during my hectic workday. Outstanding quality.
Cons
It's an overkill for plastic pipes! What a waste of money and time. Ridgid focused on how to build a tough tool and spent little time on its effectiveness and ease of use.
Highlights
Quality
The tool is extremely robust and has taken a beating being thrown around during my hectic workday.
Perfect square cuts every time on schedule 40 abs and pvc.
Cutter and rollers constantly derailed, not unexpected, when finishing the cut on the flexible sewer pipe.
Still have to debur a bit, but a reed deb4 makes quick work of that and goes well with this tool.
Competitiveness
I like it better than the reed cutters i've seen.
