Nothing matches the quality ,reliability and strength of these units .
I use a similar cutter for copper tubing and was familiar with the operation.
Rigid quality is unmatched, all their plumbing tools are top notch.
My 40 year old national finally bit the dust, and i ordered this one partly because of the ridgid name and partly because of the price.
Competitiveness
I hate giving away five stars but i've rarely had a problem with my ridgid plumbing tools.
I suspect it'll last longer than i will.
The ridgid model opens to 2 -1/8 and does everything i ask of it easily and quickly.
