Pros

Ridgid plumbing tools are always top notch and i definitely recommend this cutter. Spare blade in the handle too. The piece to tighten the wheel is easier to tighten.

Nice compact size. Perfect for using in tight spaces and is well made. Have been using these since the 90s. This is the one most of my fellow technicians use.

Great sturdy product at a good price. Solid build quality and large knob makes it easy to adjust.

Cons

The adjustable jaw seems to be slack or not fitted precisely or firmly in the housing which makes it unstable. Probably the one i got is defective.

Package is supposed to contain extra cutting wheel and it doesn't.

The package claims to contain an extra roller cutting blade which is not in the blister pack.

Good product for the price but was missing the spare cutter wheel and it was even marked on the packaging!

The strength and quality of this is better compared to other generic brands.

Tried two other brands that were cheaper and had a really tough time until i found this little guy.
