Pros

Ridgid powerclear 120-volt drain cleaning machine kit & 12128 t-240 tool set for drum machines and drain cleaning machines. This is the best small drain snake i've ever used. Clear drum allows you to easily see how much snake is left.

It clears drains quicker and easier than any of the drain augers i have been using. This machine works fantastic.

This is a tool that i’m pleased to have in my arsenal, and almost look forward to my next clogged drain! More than pleased with performance.

To use in reverse, which is used to retract the snake, you have to hold in the button the entire time.

Cons

The cable knots within the rewinding drum is a fundamental design flaw. It will do a minor cleaning but for anything serious, this is not the machine. I am a licensed plumber and this thing is the worst idea ever. Get a * snake instead.

Absolute rubbish. Buyer beware. What a waste of time. Luckily, amazon has a great return policy. But not now.
