The device was very simple to use, there are a number of videos on the website, to show you the technique. Worth the price as its a sturdy bit of kit and will probably do you for life.

Ordered this to try and sort out our toilet found it difficult to use found it got stuck on the pipe work so wouldn’t go down far enough

Unfortunatly this one did not unblock the toilet either however it went into the pipes completely with ease

Im sure if the blockage was closer to the toilet and not deep in the drain that this would have been completely successfull
