Pros & Cons
Pros
Thats where this little gem comes in handy. Would highly recommend.
I have used these for 30 years, they are outstanding. And the rigid quality speaks for itself!
Highlights
Quality
All ridgid products are very well built and high quality tools.
Tracks well cuts smoothly and easy to grip handle
A bit larger than i expected but very smooth when cutting copper tubing
I will say that the new knob may be an ergonomic and functional improvement.
Price
This cutter is still overpriced in my opinion and should probably be in the $15 range.
Shipping
It arrived on time and in good condition.
Packaging/appearance
However, i deducted a star because the pictured item shows a machined alloy knob and is not the one received.

The spring on this makes it so you can clamp down on the tube pretty good and the spring actually pushes the blade in while you rotate it if that makes sense
