Very easy to use and the motor has the right amount of power.
The sander is great and well built so the warranty is probably not a factor but is still seems like a bad policy.
The only real downside is the dust collection really does not work that well with a shop vac - maybe it needs a more powerful vac.
Price
Anyway it is regularly about $249 but goes on sale a couple times a year at $199.

The sander arrived on time and was very simple to adjust the belt.

I did not like the fact that since i did not buy the sander from home depot the warranty is not applied
