Pros

Long lasting and light battery with a charge meter readout on the pack. Well worth the few extra dollars for a lot of extra confidence about reliability and safety. Arrived before expected.

The difference in weight is very noticeable on smaller tools i. Brushless impact driver and drill motor. The 18v 1. V battery pack for an 18v rigid tool kit.

Cons

Bought a defective battery. Believe battery was either shipped defective or damaged due to the poor packaging.

So far, a good purchase and the battery cost much less than the 4ah batteries sold by home depot.

I just received my new 18v 4ah battery that i used today for the first time with a rigid orbital sander.

I tried another battery seller supplying generic batteries for a few dollars less than the rigid brand.

This smaller battery worked ok in my drill, but it just doesn't have the necessary power that the 4ah battery has.
