Cons

It is as if the battery needs to be reconnected before the drill will recognize it. Simple works is unauthorized to sell ridgid products so ridgids would not give me the warranty.

Worked great had problem with the trigger on the drill but i worked itself out so overall i’m very satisfied

All batteries don't last forever so i wasn't concerned when buying this drill kit.

Only thing missing is the warranty for battires and repairs but had set for years and still working fine.

Price

This product is very affordable and won't disappoint.

I love what i got, saved a few bucks, and would definitely consider ordering this brand again for other tools if i need them.

Should come with a few of the bits for the price.

Very nice and was a christmas gift.

Of course you don't get the same warranty as the big box store who sells these.
