Pros & Cons
Pros
Vac4000 is a small little guy in the world of wet/dry, it's only a 4 gallon capacity, but that's ok because it's not wheeled. It is great for a small workshop or garage. I wish there was one with a very narrow end that would allow access to very cramp... Read More
It excels at picking up saw dust, and will also pick up small liquid spills. Only slight issue is that instead of providing a 3 layer filter they provide a 1 layer along with a filter bag.
The handle/weight make it really easy to move around and also vacuum overhead. Easy to carry around and much simpler to store.
Rigid vac4000 has a great level of portability without trading off the kind of power you'd want in any canister vac. Powerful suction picks up the tiniest specks of dirt.
The ridgid shop-vac has a 20-foot power cord. The hose is supple and easy to maneuver.
Cons
Shop vac is dead after 4 months of use. No warrantyreplacment.

The dual-sided brush, coupled with this ridgid helps to really pull up the fur that the ridgid is unable to get out on its own.
The hair came off the floor pretty easily, which even my dyson has an issue with, and it came off my couch with minimal effort.
This ridgid (plus another tool in conjunction) got rid of 98% of the fur.
Price
I ended up buying mine locally for $75ish dollars.
Honestly, though, i would totally pay $200 for this.
Packaging/appearance
I would’ve gave it five stars but i did not receive all of the parts that were listed on the box when i purchased it.
Competitiveness
✅ compared to the dyson, this thing is a dream come true.
