I am very pleased with this product.
Overall, i'm very pleased with the ring doorbell pro and definitely recommend it.
Now, it buffers three seconds of video and saves that along with the running video as soon as motion is detected.
I am beyond amazed at what this product can do and the quality of video it has provided!
Competitiveness
The difference is that this time i have a standard nutone mechanical chime.
My unit is a bit unusually powered by a beefy 24v/40va transformer for an old nutone intercom system.
I hope they keep their monthly/annual fees at a minimum cost.

While the ring pro does have a small battery its only there to provide power to the ring when ringing the mechanical chime
