Very easy to set up, love the cell back up feature, the plan is the lowest price you can find on market
Packaging/appearance
Packaging --- at first i found the packaging a bit excessive but my opinion changed mid way through the installation.
Competitiveness
This alarm is excellent and works better than the old ismart alarm.
Firstly, my ismart alarm went out of business and all of my previous security system became totally useless.
So i vowed to buy a security system from a trusted brand with powerful financial backing.
