Pros & Cons
Pros
Door/window sensors work perfectly and are forgiving when some level misalignment invariably occurs between door/window and the frames. Motion sensors seem a bit insensitive, but eventually activate when moving in front of them. Only gripe is that i g... Read More
It takes a bit of experimentation to get the audio and push notifications when and how you need them, but it's all controllable. It integrates great with alexa, so you can set up all kinds of routines to automate it. When used with alexa setting arm a... Read More
The professional monitoring is currently $200/year which beats most (if not all) of the major competitors (adp, vivint, etc). My insurance is really expensive due to waterfront location in fl.
This system has alot of customization for each sensor. Each sensor set up is easily performed in the app, and has easy step-by-step instructions. I have the sensors (4) 3 cameras i ring pro 2 ring pro flood lights the flood detector and small dogs.
Easy to monitor. Nice to have option to pay for professional monitoring if that’s what you’re wanting. I like the option to have the system monitored professionally.
Cons

The sensor covers are not tight & when you open andamp; close doors all day they move ever so slightly. Motion sensors are of low quality perhaps bcus they were manufactured in china.

I took advantage of prime days and a lot of amex points to get this kit for $100 off the regular price.
There you have it…one device, instead of two on your wall or ceiling!
I would have given this system a 5-star rating if the keypads were battery operated.
