Pros

The product works fine now, but deducting one start for not working right out of the box. They work great so far with one exception. Works as advertised.

Cons

Can't have it record video on a camera. That completely defeats the entire purpose of this product. Its like ring has 3 teams working on various product sets with no coordination with the others.

The ring app / hub recognizes it as a light switch. Ring says there is no way to get the ring hub to send a command to the valve, in the event a leak detector detects a leak.

While they’re not small, they do fit behind the toilet and under the sink and sit out of the way.

My two problems with these sensors: they are big; in fact huge compared to the smartthings version (both new and updated).

We replaced our samsung smartthings leak sensors with these as we are moving over to the ring eco-system for security and home protection.
