Would not recommend this product. The keypad has no sound after one year. Useless now. Have to use app on my phone.

Buttons work smoothly and size of the keypad is perfect not too big and not too small.
Lights didn't stay on while plugged in as it did with the gen 1 version.
It doesn't always cover the previously installed keypad holes.

Price of these add ons are reasonable as well.
Their monitoring fees are the cheapest there is.

I'll be dead by the time the ambulance arrives with ring's protocol!

Having both the version 1 and version 2 i do admit i like the lower profile of the newer style but because its a smaller unit

Like most detached homeowners i have at least two main entry points one being the garage and the other possibly being the main 34man34 door
