I have the newer gen2 ring alarm system.

Life expectancy of a ring product 2 years so any thing after that dont expect much help from amazon i bought the ring alarm 5 piece kit it seemed good an i recommended it not any more just waiting for other components to fail and never again buying any ring products i have better tech at home that lasts longer costs less and better tech support provided
