This device is outstanding. There is a screw at the bottom which secures the silver cover. It is easy to install and set up.

Cons

The install is awful because of the product design. Why are the screw diameter and length so small. The app ui also isn't intuitive. Pure junk in package detection.

Its zoning function is really bad. If i turn down the motion sensing in the app it often misses motion.

The solar charger does not work with it. I've tried to reconnect the device but not been successful.

Never did reach a human to get support or complain. They are one of the nastiest customer service groups i’ve run into. I hope they clean their act.
