Just like the startups of the early 2000s, they use a facebook page as their customer service. After the trail period, however, this thing is useless without a subscription.
It is hardwired but inconsistent with operations. Have to occasionally take out battery to charge - annoying and defeats purpose of going to trouble to wire it.
