    Updated ring reached out via email shortly after my review to offer further help which not only solved my original issue associated with the metal door putting a wood object between the sensor and the door using command strips or getting the sensors even closer than the suggested 12 inch but also helped resolve issues that came up after the original conversations with support via phone

    While ring support did their best to help resolve the situation i am shocked the only solution was you need to go buy an additional item a stronger magnet because our product doesn’t work
