It warms you up and cools you down so you shouldn't hurt yourself. The strap fits fine around my tree trunk of a leg and stays there. It is enjoyable and builds a sweat.
Cons
Nintendo switch is not worth the price it is. Won't jog. Very angry with this and very disappointed.

Competitiveness
Was a bit of funwith my diet and the competition of doing this with my partner i've lost 9lb in a couple weeks.
I have a ton of dvd's for pilates and yoga, some dancing ones and even a few hitt typer workouts.
Can be played as a family competition or just on your own as a work out.

For just one set its having me do 30 reps of squats for example of course you can choose your own difficulty
