To get it to reconnect, you have to uninstall it from the wall. Mine is 22 feet up and i have no way to reset it. It only lasts a few days.

Customer service is questionable. The backing plate attached to the electrical box is poorly designed. Just the ring branded products constantly fail.

Ring support is really quite useless. This product is not worth the time and effort to put together and support has no other option other than to replace or refund.
