Pros
The ring floodlight camera is a game-changer when it comes to home security. Two-way audio communication allows you to communicate with visitors or potential intruders remotely.
Cons
The video is grainy and washed out. It just sounds like a garbled mess. They want to make it so cumbersome & frustrating, you give up.
The motion settings program on the app is terrible. Disarming the camera, unfortunately does not disable the floodlight motion sensor.
After only 9 months, one of the leds glows half lit & flickers 24/7. This is an overpriced motion light that’s actually annoying.
If something goes wrong with their devices, they want you to go through a hundred hoops to get it replaced. They * me off and get to keep their millions in profits.
More troubleshooting with ring; the problem was again not solved.

My order arrived on time even though i was annoyed that the item was delivered with the product box in plain sight because it was not placed in a secondary box
