It’s a subscription scam 2. Turning off functionality which should come with the camera makes this product a money grabbing scheme.
You can't control the lights with your alexa app, only the camera. You have to sign in, re-enter your password - even though you constantly check the box that says'remember passowrd', it never does. It allows you see saved video for 30 days but blocks... Read More

They do work well but plan is too costly

If you have more than one ring camera you need as plan for each one cannot just add a second camera to existing plan if you want videos stored for later access

Everything works great except when trying to talk to somebody from your phone throw the speaker on the light it is impossible to understands as it is just weird noise that comes out

The issue i had was the back mounting plate with two protruding screws took forever to be picked up once you start to mount the flood light wasted about 1520 minutes in cold trying to get the protruding screws to sit well so i can install the outside nuts

Second issue i had was the green grounding wire i left it as is
