I love the birdseye feature and the camera quality but everything else isnt working and weve recently had someone stealing things from cars on the street so i thought upgrading my existing floodlight 1st gen was the way to go but it seems im just going to put it back where it was and return this unit

After 3 days of being installed the volume on the speaker intermittently goes to the quietest setting in the middle of the day and then goes back to what its supposed to be full blast a few hours later

After a week of being installed with this volume problem the lights now do not turn on at night when detecting motion and when they do turn on they stay on

Ive done everything to troubleshoot reset the unit and readd it to my ring app removed it from power completely and reset it in the app

Ive gone thru the rest of the reviews and noticed this is a pattern for this specific device so im not taking my chances and just going to return it fully since im still within the return period for amazon
