Just got 2 ring cam flood lights 1 front 1 back of home read reviews and was a little worried though i have not yet tested all the motion detection features yet i just got both working after 1 of the 2 was not working properly

If your light are to far from your router and or you do not pay for high speed you will have issues

No issues called customer service when we couldnt get the first 1 working they determined within about 5 min it was a issue with that system sent me a replacement that arrived within 3 days and came with a ship back lable making the return easy and painless
