Ring plug accessory is more expensive than non-ring brand power cables. The wire gauge is thick and the usb c end has insulation. The best part is that the cable will charge the battery.
Cons
It also says it's in battery mode whether we have batteries in or not. When you google search this issue it shows that ring knows there’s an issue and to contact ring support.

Con the extension hub extender not sure what its called should only be screwed into the wall on the side thats exposed do not fasten all 4 screws

If you ever need to move this for failure or any other reason you will not be able to separate this if all 4 mounting screws are installed

However the battery consumption on the spotlight pro is awful was changing a battery every 714 days then the app suggested this power cord

Make sure you want the usbc plug and not the barrel plugindooroutdoor power adapter barrel plug for ring stick up cam plugin whitei did not read carefully enough

Like others have complained about rings cables note that they may send you incorrect cable missing cable or wrong combination there are two cables in this list
