Pros
The light is powered with a usb connection. The cord is long enough for you to maneuver it the way you need. The only problem is that it will not hold a charge independently.
It's truly well-designed in terms of lighting effects and versatility. Still, the light is small and light enough that it makes the hassle worthwhile. Works great for zoom calls and also for utility lighting in my voice over booth.
Each setting also dims and brightens by several levels. It has all the bells and whistles of dimming and different lighting. The light tones and brightness are adjustable!
This ring light is a decent beginner option for desktop usage. Hardware is solid and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Makes dialing in the right lighting easy.
Cons
The lamp stand is manufactured, from thin and seemly brittle plastic. Amazon now says that my time to return or support has elapsed. The lamp is 5 in diameter which significantly overhangs the base.

Great lighting, can clip on or sit on desk, high quality, multiple light functions, versatile, super sturdy and super adjustable.
There is no solid way to hang the light on my laptop, and it is bulky.
The good part - the light is bright, and the ability to dim it, works well.

I’m really impressed with this ring light, especially for the price!

Packaging/appearance
Sturdy, sleek packaging complements this compact, lightweight product—perfect for on-the-go use.
It was inexpensivethe bad part - the package was open, the unit was obviously used (packing material opened, screws stripped, etc).
Open/used package seems to be an ongoing issue with many amazon purchases recently.
