Pros

The ring peephole doorbell camera is perfect for my situation where i cannot install a regular doorbell camera. This is what began my transition from the google/nest suite of products to that of ring. My neighbors love that i have this camera as well.... Read More

The product is not worth the hassle because the customer service is stressful and it is too much of a hassle. This company only cares if you keep spending and they prices are outrageous.

This camera has a ton of frustrating or just incomprehensible issues. The video quality isawful. The audio isn't all that great either.

There was no spare flex cable included as explained to me by a ring representative. There is a ring tutorial (put out by the company) on how to replace the ribbon as it seems many were tearing this fragile part. It contains very fragile wiring.

Video doorbell only works 1/10 times. Frequently drops from the wifi.

Searching for a specific video in the timeline is painful. The filtering is nearly useless and you basically have to watch every clip that you try to flip through. The motion detector fails to pick up people directly in front of it on a regular basis ... Read More
