Especially for apartment dwellers. It's a godsend for apartment people.

Cons

Do not purchase this. Honestly, the product is not worth the hassle because the customer service is stressful and it is too much of a hassle.

Ring's servers are down for 24 or even 48 hours at a time. Took forever to set up, trash. Returned after 2 days of nothing. It's extremely slow to load.

Ring support has refused to remove this unauthorized access to my ring account. This issue has been repeatedly identified on the ring community forum, apparently without ring support addressing and correcting these issues and flaws with the ring app. ... Read More

This is just awesome quality for a wireless product.

The wifi has been excellent on the device, motion is on point & high camera quality.

Some people were also complaining that the camera angle is too high but - life is a trade off and the product isn't perfect.

Also the night vision is not that great either, but during the day, the quality is fantastic, very clear.

Shipping

The problem is don’t rely on amazons shipping to be reliable.

Packaging/appearance

The camera being removable & on the inside of the door is the icing on the cake.
