Pros

Ring step lights are great for a 10x10 patio area. They also light up bright when someone is entering my backyard.

Thanks ring for another terrific product. Setup is super easy with the ring app.

I wish the color of the light was changeable to something warmer than the existing pale yellow light, but it's not a deal breaker. Brightness is nice an visible. Regarding lora range limitations - it's being addressed.

Integration with alexa is seamless - they show up as lights and sensors. The ability to group them so that one triggers motion and turns all of them on is very useful.

These lights are efficient with their power consumption. That conserves a lot of battery life. They use rechargeable cr123 lithium ion batteries.

Cons

It reports offline. Cs reps have been very nice but ring/amazon policy is not. Cs refuses to give me a refund & they are the cheapest ring products i own.
