Pros & Cons
Pros
Solar powered with rechargeable batteries.
Motion sensors detect cats, dogs, and even your own dog. The light goes from 10 lumens to 80 lumens when the motion sensor is triggered. Light schedules are for when you want the light to be constantly on.
Cons
Frustrated with their shoddy products and poor customer service. It's a shame since i do like this product a lot. Do not buy these directly from ring. That is ridiculous.
On at dusk and off at midnight with motion sensing. When the battery is dead, i have to manually plug it into power and bring it back.

Packaging/appearance
Even the 3200mah battery that comes with ring unit when tested, was actually much less than whats advertised/printed on the lab... Read More
Competitiveness
Starting to think they don't exist and not enough information from reliable sources to verify what is the highest capacity a 18650 3.
Just set it and forget it with hardwire.
Its an overcharge protection feature if you buy an 18650 with button top.
