Pros

Complete ring replacement items with wrench and replacement back face plate. It contains everything you need to install ring besides a drill of course. It come with everything needed, especially the (brass screws)…. Also came with extra parts.

Cons

Very disappointed. Amazon is moving towards a return process that discourages returns. Seems the shipping costs more than the product.

Ring pops right off the mounting plate. The screwdriver is the wrong head as well. The resistor is not v2 like the picture says.

I have the ring peephole camera and have broken the flat wire that goes through the peephole, and thought i had to buy a whole new camera.

Upgraded my doorbell to the plus version and the holes didn't like up and i didn't want to drill new holes.
