The bracket back-plane has an inbuilt level with his an ingenious idea. Installing the camera to it and securing is a breeze. The extra long cord is a well thought of time saver by ring.

Nothing disliked about this product, very easy to install, fantastic video quality & excellent motion detection
The quality of the video is excellent, even night vision (the attached video is at dusk).
These errors occur sporadically, are annoying and frustrating on a newly purchased product.

I would suggest having good wireless coverage prior to purchasing ring products so that you can easily connect to it via the app video and audio quality will be alot better

There is an optional subscription which i suggest as it would store previous footage

I used the 2nd battery in my ring camera which works well but obviously battery life is determined by how often there are people coming and going in front of the motion sensor
