Cons

The camera's battery barely lasts 3-4 hours, and even after replacing it, the same problem persists. Nothing is visible without additional lighting. This * takes 3-10 seconds to load and focus the camera.

Great idea to dis-incentivize your customer into returning your product. If you don't shell out $40 per year for a subscription, the camera is worthless. I was cheated out of 2 batteries.

Despite getting an extra battery, it still quickly drains power in just a few hours. Seems the connection is faulty at the part where it’s permanently connected to this panel.

The rubber gasket around the usb-c connector is utterly useless. Disconnects from my wifi router on 5g and 2. It asks you to connecd to the ring wifi but the wifi names are different.
