Pros

The picture quality is superb. It is crystal clear and the battery life is amazing.

The camera and app are so intuitive and user friendly. Set up was very easy, and connected immediately with my wifi. The setup is simple and easily syncs with any alexa devices.

Cons

The camera is okay and convenient when it works, but idk if it’s worth the hassle. I hope someone can chime in with a recommendation to a much better brand. Canceling monthly fee.

What good is it if the company backing it conducts business (or at least fails to monitor such) in this manner? As for ring support, they are useless. The system is good when it works, but the entire thing has crashed without warning.

Both of my cameras need recharging and one is sitting looking at wall because i haven't had a change to put it up. Not recommending this camera-hasn't worked since 1st recharge.

Motion detection takes 5 seconds before it even kicks in. This one barely picks up motion. You get maybe 2/3 of the bottom of the picture that detects motion when running on battery.

Nice compact camera that has a long lasting battery made even better with the solar panel.

With the upgrade i can add more cameras, which i may do in the future.

I had a glitch with the (outdoor) setup of our three cameras.

Further, the quality of the product and installation kit and tools is typical ring - so well thought out.

Shipping

Camera works great, the only problem is shopping i have prime it still wsa 2 days late on shipping happens all the time with usps shipping.

Packaging/appearance

Great for when i am expecting a package to have it out on the porch.
