The ring app is intuitive and user-friendly. The stick up cams are quite easy to set up and add to your ring account. Easy set up.
The app also integrates seamlessly with other ring devices, such as doorbell cameras. The chime is a handy addition if you don’t have yourself a doorbell chime already.
Cons

As a result of my review i was contacted by ring support and told tell them about my unreliability issues. And ring is a dying company, unwilling to make any progress or improvements. The ceo and other executives should all be fired for complacency.

Quality
Works well and video quality is much better than the arlo one we used to have.
Great quality an excellent for monitoring home.
Any issues where it’s not fixable, they send out a new product.
I recommend the setup, but it is a bit sketch with the footage being achieved.
Price
I much prefer ring over blink, although the price per month could be a bit cheaper.

If you have bushes that constantly move in the wind you can adjust the motion zone area so they aren’t in the zone

For my cameras further away mesh pods for the modem have beefed up the connection

As is the case of the ring doorbell wifi reception is weaker than what would be expected particularly given the signal coverage and strength of our home wifi network

We used them for about a year or so maybe a little over then both cameras stopped working

I recharged both and for one it worked and i was able to connect again to wifi in setup mode after about 34 attempts

The second camera i charged the battery after it died but then it stopped wanting to connect to the wifi at all

I’ve tried numerous attempts at reconnecting including restarting my phone rebooting the modem restarting the stick up cam…all of these attempts have failed and now i have a camera that cannot connect at all to our account still getting failed setup attempts
