Took a few weeks to arrive. It takes a few hours to charge with the included micro usb cable. Also rec'd a email from ring rep offering assistance to troubleshoot.

Amazon says it can’t be returned. It is however still under the ring warranty so they are replacing the device. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued trust in ring. returning for refund.

Skip this ring camera, it’s needlessly expensive. Costed around $200 altogether. More of a peeping camera than a security camera now.

Camera works great, but after about 6 months the battery will not hold a charge.

Swapping the batteries takes only a couple of minutes and then the depleted battery goes on the charger.

Love this - added peace of mind at an affordable price.

This is perfect and the price is great!

The subscription pricing is nominal, but i do like that they offer an annual plan.

Wish they were still on sale i would buy at least one or two more.
