Two years later there is still no indication that ring cares to do so. They do not pick up motion at night, which defeats the purpose.

Also, it is much bigger and uglier than the nest cam, and doesn't seem as weatherproof. The siren is so soft on the ring stick-up cam as to be almost comical.

I want to kick myself that i learned to live with the low quality night vision of our last security cameras.

However, i would love for ring to do more detailed instructions, information, possibly tutorials for the products.
