It only records a small zone around my back porch. I pay a monthly fee for person alerts, which is supposed to notify me only when it detects a person. Only half of the time do i get an alert.

The battery depletes in one month. The solar panel only provides a trickle on a bright sunny day. Descriptions states it lasts 8 months.

Camera will disconnect from the wireless and the voice function is garbled. Ring says it is because i am too far from the router. I am literally feet from an extender and can't get it to work right.

The camera is in dire need of a firmware upgrade. The replacement will be shipped out soon.
