Pros

The subscription pricing is nominal, but i do like that they offer an annual plan. Great field of view, adjustable motion detection sensitivity. Fully adjustable to your needs.

Swapping the batteries takes only a couple of minutes and then the depleted battery goes on the charger. The other brand works great in the cold, but their notification system stopped working last year. Battery has to be recharged every 3 months or so... Read More

Cons

It only records a small zone around my back porch. I pay a monthly fee for person alerts, which is supposed to notify me only when it detects a person. Only half of the time do i get an alert.

The battery depletes in one month. The solar panel only provides a trickle on a bright sunny day. Descriptions states it lasts 8 months.

Camera will disconnect from the wireless and the voice function is garbled. Ring says it is because i am too far from the router. I am literally feet from an extender and can't get it to work right.

The camera is in dire need of a firmware upgrade. The replacement will be shipped out soon.

Pros:-super good video quality both day and night.

Easy to setup and use and has lots of good features.

Camera stopped working one day after the return window closed.

Worked flawlessly for a month and then lost wifi connection, so i'll have to reset it.

Price

I feel that i can’t put a price on our peace of mind, and the ability to store and share the video/images is great.

The picture quality for this inexpensive little camera is incredibly impressive.

Put one in the front and the back for 59 bucks each.
