Pros

The combination of can and solar power is prefect. The battery lasts a long time, and you can add a second battery for extending life. The solar panel keeps the camera charged with just a few hours of sun in the morning.

Cons

I have great wifi and this camera still glitches, goes offline and you wouldn’t have a clue. The doorbell is great but these cameras are another prime example of marketing outperforming engineering.

I like that it did exactly what it said it would do; the motion detector works well and the quality of the picture is awesome.

Mind you, it does have clear sight to the sky but i'm still happy with the results.

And as long as its not in a high traffic area it should last several months even with the panel covered.

In the farthest part of our property but still links up with the wifi.
