Pros
Installation is pretty straight forward, they provide a grid for drilling holes. Clarity and night vision good.
Cons
The doorbell freezes at every single moment necessary. It's a doorbell that doesn't work outdoors? This problem renders the ring video doorbell useless.
Ring has consistently had a longevity issue. I understand nothing last but 3 years is pretty sad for the price tag. Their advice, but a new solar panel - about $50.
The doorbell loses connection all the time. It's not our wifi, router or distance to the router all have been checked. It has problem with connection to wifi, and my phone (sometimes it does connect and sometimes it doesn't).
Used to be a good product, now that they are big, they really are not very good and customer service just *. Should have returned immediately but kept tweaking settings and hoping for the best. The battery didn't last and i need to order a set of batt... Read More

The battery is still functional and theres been no damage to the doorbell itself but some hardware inside it just gave it up
