Pros
Setup is very straight forward - find a place on your wall, drill it in place and done. This means mounting it lower than you would a conventional doorbell. Even included a masonary drill bit, plugs and extra screw.

The product is simple and intuitive. Very slick and well designed package. This is worth every cent.
Video is clear, despite having a fishbowl effect to the lens. Still overall happy with it, as evidenced by buying a second one. Clear, crisp video is worth it.
Love being notified of movements. Going live can take a up to 30 seconds, however, it is reliant on mobile phone nw. Motion detection and notification is around 3-4 second behind.
Cons
Takes way to long to get video image after doorbell is pressed. Notification does not do anything but announce there is somebody at the door not giving any indication as to who is at the front door on either apple smart phone or echo show 5.

Price
Good product but disappointed with amazon price is dearer than bunnings price
All in all, cost aside it's a great device.
I do think this is a necessity if a somewhat annoying additional cost.
Competitiveness
Even included a masonary drill bit, plugs and extra screw.
I have cable internet with 20mbps upload and 100mbps download, wifi strength is 50-rssi, which is a strong signal.
Because i live alone i had trouble setting it up, one call to customer serivce and it was all fixed.

If you want to monitor what is going on at your front door if you want to answer people ringing at your door even when you are not at home if you want to check out the weather whilst you are away if you want to check who was walking past the door whilst you were still asleep if you want to check when your teenaged children came home from a late night out

Have no option to record video footage except paid subscription for cloud storage even some cheaper camera at least have option to store video on microsd

The doorbell works as advertised it lets you see hear and speak to anyone at your door through the app
